Welcome to Oasis Digital Solutions ("ODS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 1. General Terms

1.1 ODS provides IT services, software solutions, and licensed products including but not limited to Odoo implementation, Kaspersky security solutions, and Hikvision surveillance systems.

1.2 By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are legally authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.

1.3 ODS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 2. Services & Products

2.1 All services (consulting, implementation, support, software licensing) are subject to a separate scope of work (SOW) or service agreement where applicable.

2.2 Product availability, pricing, and specifications (including third-party licensed products such as Odoo, Kaspersky, and Hikvision) are subject to change without prior notice.

2.3 ODS acts as an authorized partner/reseller for certain third-party products. All third-party license terms and warranties apply in addition to these Terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of VAT unless specified.

3.2 Payment terms will be specified in the relevant invoice, quotation, or contract. Full or partial payment may be required before service delivery or product dispatch.

3.3 Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled.

4. Orders & Delivery

4.1 Orders for products or services are confirmed upon written acceptance (email or signed agreement) and receipt of any required deposit.

4.2 Delivery timelines for hardware/software products and implementation services are estimates and may vary due to factors outside ODS's control (e.g., supplier delays, licensing approvals).

 5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 **Physical Products (e.g., Hikvision hardware):**
- Returns are accepted within [7/14] days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Custom-configured or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

5.2 **Software Licenses (e.g., Odoo, Kaspersky):**
- Software licenses, once activated or delivered, are generally non-refundable due to their digital nature, except where required by law or manufacturer policy.
- License-related issues should be reported within 7 days for review.

5.3 **Services (Consulting, Implementation, Support):**
- Services already rendered or work-in-progress are non-refundable.
- Refunds for undelivered services may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to deduction for work already completed.

6. Warranties & Liability

6.1 Hardware products carry the original manufacturer's warranty. ODS does not provide additional warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer, unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.

6.2 ODS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6.3 ODS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party software/hardware products.

 7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website (text, logos, designs) is the property of ODS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7.2 Third-party trademarks (Odoo, Kaspersky, Hikvision) belong to their respective owners and are used under authorized partnership agreements.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Any business, technical, or client information shared during project engagement will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

 9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
